1. Agreement to Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, jiji16 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. Termination

jiji16 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations involving violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, creation of multiple accounts, or any conduct that jiji16 deems harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You will remain liable for all obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination. jiji16 may retain your personal information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes following account closure.
